When this patient first came to us, he believed most of his teeth were hopeless. He expected that they would need to be extracted and replaced with dentures or an implant supported denture. He was also living with chronic jaw pain and worried that his options were limited.
After a comprehensive examination and reviewing his X rays, we were able to give him incredible news. His natural teeth could be saved. Instead of removing them, we created a plan to rebuild and protect what he still had.

Procedure Include?
This full mouth rehabilitation involved 28 teeth using a combination of:
- no preparation veneers
- minimally prepared veneers
- porcelain crowns
Each tooth received the most conservative restoration appropriate for its condition. Teeth that primarily needed added shape or volume required little to no preparation, while heavily damaged teeth received the additional protection of crowns.
This treatment involved much more than improving his smile. The length, position, shape, and function of every restoration were carefully planned to restore a healthier relationship between the upper and lower teeth. Rebuilding the bite also created more stable and balanced contact throughout the mouth.
